As I arrived Roger was launching with 7.5m so I tried 7m and had the best 7m blast I've ever had for a couple of hours. Wind was up and down but mostly great and sea was not too choppy. Wind was climbing so rigged 6m then dropped to nothing! Climbed again and had about an hour and half on 6m which was very good blasting in and out. Getting cold as sun lowered and most had picked up so only Darren and Tom also left on the water. After tide turned I was able to keep upwind as well powered up, but if wind dropped there was quite a current running North. About eight out altogether and a couple of kiters. First time I've worn boots on 107l board so a bit of faffing around to get size right. Sailed until 5pm, though 5:30 would have been OK. Straight home to a hot roast dinner. Wonderful day.
